Freedom to Flourish – Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.

• Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Flexi Sessions

• Flexi sessions are booked and paid for as a full half-term block and cannot be booked on a weekly basis.

Cancellations & Absence

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• This includes absence due to illness, holidays or any other reason.

• Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, credits or swaps for missed sessions.

Timetable Changes

• Freedom to Flourish reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the timetable where necessary.

• In the event of any significant changes, families will be notified as soon as possible.

Health & Safety

• Parents/carers must inform us of any relevant medical needs, allergies or additional support requirements at the time of booking.

• Children should not attend sessions if they are unwell or contagious.

Photography & Media

• Photo consent preferences will be collected during registration.

• Images may be used for promotional purposes in line with the consent provided.

Behaviour & Wellbeing

• We aim to create a safe, respectful and supportive environment for all children.

• If a child’s behaviour is consistently disruptive or unsafe, we reserve the right to review their place within the provision.

Communication

• By booking, you agree to receive communication relating to sessions, updates and important information from Freedom to Flourish.
